When might a school look for an Entab alternative?
Entab CampusCare is a long-established school ERP. Its CampusCare mobile app, published by Entab Infotech, covers attendance, assignments, events, report cards, online fee payment, bus tracking, messages and lesson plans. For many schools that is a good fit.
Reasons to compare include wanting published pricing (we could not find Entab prices published), wanting AI that can take actions, or wanting a lighter, browser-based system. If you already run Entab and are happy, there is no need to move.
What does Acadika offer?
Acadika covers timetable and substitutions, exams, attendance, fees, communication and complaints in Core. Staff AI adds Nova and teacher tools. Whole School adds StudyBuddy, an NCERT-grounded tutor.
Acadika has no native mobile app. It works in the browser on any phone or computer. Parents are reached on WhatsApp (rolling out) and pay through links that need no login, but there is no parent login or portal. If a parent app matters to you, weigh that honestly.
