How is school ERP software priced in India?

- Per module: cheap to start, but the total rises when you add fees, exams or communication.

- Hardware: biometric devices, RFID readers or smart panels are usually separate purchases.
What does a school ERP cost at Acadika for 300 to 2,000 students?
Acadika has three plans. Core covers the non-AI tools (timetable, exams, attendance, fees, communication, complaints) at ₹10,000 a year plus ₹3 per student per month. What hidden costs should schools ask about?
The headline price is often not the full cost. Ask each vendor, in writing, about the items below, and whether they are included, extra or not available.
- Setup, data migration and training: Acadika has CSV roster import with a preview, and pilot schools get founder-assisted migration.
- Payment gateway charges: online fee payments usually carry a gateway fee set by the provider. Ask who pays it.
- WhatsApp or SMS messaging: per-message charges may apply. Acadika's WhatsApp parent messaging is rolling out; ask about charges when it reaches your school.
- Extra users, extra campuses and extra modules.
- Support: hours, channel and whether it is included.
- Renewal: whether the price rises after year one, and the notice period.
