Each plan has a yearly platform fee plus a per-student monthly fee, billed to the school based on the number of enrolled students. For example, 500 students on Staff AI is ₹30,000 + ₹8 × 500 × 12 = ₹78,000 per year, plus GST.
Annually by default. You receive one invoice per year to the school covering the platform fee and the per-student fees for the year. Monthly billing can be negotiated, especially for schools new to Acadika. All prices exclude GST.
Every student currently enrolled in your school, as recorded in Acadika. Alumni and withdrawn students do not count. Teachers, staff and parent accounts are not billed per student.
Yes. You can move up to a higher tier at any time, for example from Core to Staff AI once your team is comfortable. Contact us and we will adjust your plan and invoice.
Your data stays scoped to your school. Every record belongs to your school and is never visible to other schools. School data is not used to train AI models.
