School communication software for circulars and parent messages
Acadika's Communication Centre puts school communication in one place: a Smart Inbox that summarises emails and drafts replies, AI-drafted circulars with Punjabi translation, broadcasts to chosen audiences and a Social Studio for social posts. Parents can be reached on WhatsApp (rolling out), with a delivered and read ledger. The centre is in Core; AI drafting needs Staff AI.
Included in the Core plan and above, from ₹10,000/year + ₹3 per student per month (+ GST).

Add a Punjabi version and edit the text.
- 3
Publish or broadcast
Publish the circular, or broadcast it to the audience. Recall it if you need to.
- 4
Track delivery
Where WhatsApp is live, see delivered and read status for parents.
How do schools send circulars to parents on WhatsApp?
In Acadika the office drafts a circular, publishes it, and sends notices to parents from the parent WhatsApp page. The page shows how many guardians can be reached, helps fix wrong guardian numbers, sends a welcome opt-in message and keeps a delivered and read ledger. WhatsApp sending is built and rolling out to schools in phases.
