    When might a school look for a Fedena alternative?

    Fedena's site describes a fully web-based school ERP with modules including exams and gradebook, admission, parent collaboration, timetable and attendance, fees and online classes, and branded iOS and Android apps. It states 40,000+ schools and colleges in 200+ countries.

    Its pricing page lists Standard, Premium and Ultimate plans at ₹50,000, ₹75,000 and ₹1,00,000 a year for the web app, or ₹90,000, ₹1,15,000 and ₹1,40,000 with web and mobile apps, plus GST, with unlimited users. For a large school, a flat fee can be good value. For a small or mid-size school, per-student pricing may cost less, and some schools want AI that acts on their data.

    How do the costs compare for different school sizes?

    Acadika Core is ₹10,000 plus ₹3 per student per month. That is ₹20,800 a year for 300 students, ₹28,000 for 500, ₹46,000 for 1,000 and ₹82,000 for 2,000, all plus GST. Fedena's lowest plan is ₹50,000 plus GST regardless of size.
