A Teachmint alternative built for school operations
Teachmint is known in Indian schools for classroom devices and its connected classroom platform. A school that mainly wants to run the office, meaning fees, timetables, substitutions, exams, attendance and circulars, may look for something built around that work. Acadika is a school ERP with an AI assistant, with public pricing from ₹10,000 a year plus ₹3 per student per month.
Included in the Core plan and above, from ₹10,000/year + ₹3 per student per month (+ GST).

When might a school look for a Teachmint alternative?
Teachmint's website currently leads with classroom hardware: Teachmint X interactive panels, a connected classroom app, an interactive whiteboard and EduAI, an AI teaching assistant. That suits a school that wants smart classrooms.
A school whose main need is office software may want fees, timetables, exams and parent communication to be the centre of the product, and may prefer to see prices before talking to sales. Those are the reasons schools tend to compare Acadika. Both products can be right for different needs, and a demo of each is the fair test.
What does Acadika offer instead?
Acadika is a web-based school ERP for Indian K-12 schools. Core covers timetable, exams, attendance, fees, communication and complaints. Staff AI adds Nova and teacher tools such as a lesson planner and question paper generator. Whole School adds StudyBuddy, an NCERT-grounded AI tutor for classes 9 and 10.
Acadika does not sell classroom panels or other hardware. If you want interactive boards, Teachmint's devices are a separate decision from your office software.

Frequently asked questions
It depends on what you need. For office operations such as fees, timetable, exams, attendance and circulars, school ERPs like Acadika are an option. Compare modules, pricing transparency, language support and data location, and ask each vendor for a demo.
Only partly. Acadika covers school administration and AI for staff and students. It does not sell classroom panels or devices, so a school that wants smart boards would treat that as a separate purchase.
Acadika publishes its prices: Core is ₹10,000 a year plus ₹3 per student per month, plus GST. A 500-student school pays ₹28,000 a year. Teachmint does not publish prices on its website, so ask them for a quote.
Yes. Nova is a voice and chat assistant for admins and teachers, in English, Hindi and Punjabi. It prepares changes such as attendance or invoices and only runs them after a person confirms.
You can import students and staff from a CSV file with a preview before saving. Pilot schools also get hands-on migration help from the founders. Ask Teachmint how to export your data.
